Get Fit, Tone up & raise money for charity with PILATES!! There will be a charity pilates class held in aid of  shipston Home Nursing. The class will be taken by Caroline, a local pilates instructor. The class is FREE, all we ask is that you make a donation of your choice. The class is suitable for beginners and intermediates, as well as those who have NEVER attended a pilates class before. Please wear loose comfortable clothing  and bring an exercise mat or something that you can lie on. the class is an hour long (10 -11am) tea /coffee and cupcakes will be served after the class. On Sunday the 24th of June at 12.30 Shipston Home nursing present a Fantastic Fun Day for all the Family. With kind permisiion of Mr and Mrs Roberts of Mount Sorrell Todenham. Attractions on the day include Dodgems, Bouncy Castles, Games, Music and more.... The main event is The Sourcerer's Apprentice performed by Warwick Playbox.   COMPETITION TIME: For any budding Elfs and Fairies please come dressed up as there will be prizes for the best Elf and Fairy on the day!!!!   Refreshments available – including tea, coffee, cakes and ice-creams – bring your own picnic lunch or indulge in the BBQ.
