
We have now launched our brand new service desk on Shipston Online. A service desk is an information and assistance resource that helps troubleshoots problems or 'issues'. A unique ticket code is generated for each issue and the outcome can be traced right from the start until solved, or closed. You will be able to track the progress of your open tickets any time by logging into Shipston Online.
The service desk will help provide better e-communication support to Shipston residents. With issues that affect a number of people, we will be providing a knowledge portal which will become packed full of frequently asked questions (FAQ's), important and relevant information and advice. These articles will build up over time.
If you have an issue which you would like the council to solve, then please login to the community area and submit a ticket. When creating a ticket,please select the appropriate department and please keep one ticket open per issue.
To start using the ticket desk you will need to sign up to Shipston Online. If you haven't done so already, please click here to create an account. If you already have an account, then please login to the community area from the new red login box at the bottom of this screen.
You can access the desk directly by typing exactly the following into your browser's url bar (where you would type for example www.shipstononline.org)
help.shipstononline.org
You don't need to type www. or anything, just that and you will always access the desk directly.
