How Were the Proms?

Sadly another Shipston Proms passes us by, but at least we can all look forward to next years in 2012!  What are your thoughts about this year's event?  What was your favourite part, concert, performer?  And for those that attended, how was the last night of the proms?  Is there anything you would change?  Please let us know your thoughts so that the event can get better and better!

I made it to the last night of the proms and thoroughly enjoyed myself as did my sister who comes from Stratford. we are both looking forward to next year. I also agree with Karen steed, the Texas Peacocks were absolutely brilliant, i wouldnt mind them coming again.

I love the proms, but sadly didn't get to much this year. I did however get to the last night of the proms. As usual it was a friendly and family affair. I'd also say that whilst I enjoyed The Blockheads (probably of the right age group) they did seem to thin out the crowds quite a lot. I thought the Texas Peacocks stole the show though.

I'd hate to lose the Proms
